About

CHRISTINA has built a very successful consulting and coaching practice over the past 20 years, leveraging experience in prior careers as a university administrator, educator, business executive and attorney. Clients include Healthcare, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Banking, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Non-Profit Organizations.

She combines learning from her consulting engagements with her own varied work-life experience to coach and mentor individuals and teams to optimize performance, deliver business results, and achieve personal fulfillment.

She is currently studying at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland to refine her own coaching mastery.

An author and speaker, Christina's most recent publication is The Phoenix Challenge: Rising to Fulfillment (for Discover Your Inner Strength, with co-authors Stephen Covey, Ken Blanchard, Brian Tracy).

She recently published her first novel, Brown Paper Bag (as Cristina Isaia), a chronicle narrated in stories, letters and poems. As an organ donor, she coaches potential donors and furthers organ donation through various speaking engagements.
