With all of our workplaces becoming increasingly stressful, some of you might be interested in sending someone from your office to this upcoming CARE training. Focus is on recognizing when an employee, or a student is at a “breaking point,” taking the signs seriously and treating intense situations with skill, empathy, respect and sensitivity.
